I just purchased Latin Percussion, got the Order is Completed email. It took the money out of my account, but Product Manager does not show the EZX. Even online when I’m logged in, it doesn’t show what I just purchased under My Products though I do see it under Orders. However, it doesn’t show me a serial number. I can’t even register manually.
My order number: 2848154. I started a support ticket, but I’m on a deadline. Isn’t there a way to get the serial number easily so I don’t have to contact support? I can manually add the product, but I need the serial.

There was a bug in the database this afternoon. Toontrack Support is on top of it now. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we’re getting it sorted ASAP.

I purchased both Alt-Rock EZX and Rock Solid EZXafter purchasing EZ drummer 2. Both will download, but neither will install or authorize. Im running mac OS 10.15.5.

Please use the Toontrack Product Manager and not the website download to install your products.
