I’m running Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit.
I just bought EZdrummer 2 and installed the Toontrack product manager. The product manager asked if I wanted to download EZdrummer 2 and I clicked yes.
The software immediately started downloading 3.2 GB, without asking me where I wanted it. If I understood correctly (and I may not have), it was downloading it to my C: drive.
My C: drive is a small SSD. I want to only put on that drive the minimum amount of bytes necessary, which I sure hope is not 3.2 GB.
How can I download EZdrummer 2 so only the code is going onto my C: drive and everything else is going onto my D: drive? (And I’d like to pick the directories, if possible.)
Thanks!
There are 2 separate processes. Downloading is one. Then installing.
Product Manager will download to the folder set in the Options Preferences menu in the Product Manager. This can be changed.
Once downloaded, you can then install to whatever location you want if you choose the Custom install option in the installer.

That worked. I was able to successfully download the software to my D: disk.
Now I’m having a problem with the installation, but I’ll describe that in a separate post.
Thanks for your quick and useful response!
