Randomizing Entire Track

Is there a way to apply randomization to an entire track without it “merging” everything together? …or sections without it merging with (and changing color) fills? If not, it would be really nice for all parts to remain “as is”.

Hi,

if I enter the Grid Editor and then lasso select all the Parts on the Song Track, what I do affects them all; I .e. I want to randomise the HH across all parts, so I lasso select all parts, then click the HH Row and all HH hits are selected and I can randomise them.

Yeah, that’s what I do as well…but sometimes it wants to merge fragments, especially fill-sections. Thought maybe there was setting somewhere that might impact this.
