Hi guys, is there still a known issue with hanging notes? I am getting this a lot in Cubase 11, Not using EZ Bass Grid Edit at all. I always program using Instrument Tracks and MIDI Edit. Playing manually or drawing notes.
Also finding more and more that slides are unreliable, especially long ones (using the key switches) and notes hang a lot.
Another (related?) issue is that sometimes when dragging a note to try the key switches (for example slide up or down) and inadvertently missing the correct note, I may trigger the slap articulation by accident. But then can find no simple way to just reset to normal playing style.
Cheers, P.

Hi Phil,
There are no known ringing note issues since 1.0.9. Probably a silly question, but would you mind just double checking that you’re indeed running 1.0.9?
Assuming you do, would you mind elaborating a bit on how the ringing note issues can be reproduced? Please include details such as sample rate, buffer size, MIDI channel for the keyboard. It would be helpful if you could provide a small project or a MIDI sequence where the problem occurs. I’ve tried from the information you provided to reproduce in Cubase 11 without success.

Hi Mattias, thanks for the reply.
Yes definitely on 1.0.9. I am a QA tester (sadly not for Toontrack although I did apply), and a little bit obsessive about updates, I wrote a script that runs all product managers every day to make sure everything is fully up to date before I actually start production work.
Steps to repro are quite simple.
This should show both issues:
I know you probably did all this already so I will try to get a very firm repro and post a little explainer video and project soon.
My settings fyi:
Thanks again. P.
