There is an issue with the installer for many of the EZ products and Windows 10…There is a workaround (look in the product manager forum) but its a PITA. This is a known problem for at least 8 months but they haven’t bothered to fix it.

EZbass version: 1.0.9
Operating system: Windows 10

I had a similar issue, I had to uninstll EZbass and then reinstall it. You need to reinstall from the latest version rather then installing theearliest then upgrading. Is a bit of a pain.

Hai,

Ik need to update EZBass, but it won’t work…

I use now 1.1.8

EZbass version: 1.1.8
Operating system: Windows 11

1.1.8 is the latest version of EZbass.

Thanks Richard. But why won’t productmanager install the updates? YOUR NEED TO UPDATE EZBSS TO THE LATEST VERSION, BEFORE YOU CAN INSTALLL THIS LIBRARYUPDATE??? and the productmanager means: THE SOFTWARE VERSION DETECTED ON YOUR COMPUTER IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS UPDATE. YOU MUST UPDATE FIRST…..
