Custom & Vintage SDX won’t download — it just hangs

    Hi,

    What do you mean that it “hangs”? Does the download speed go to exactly zero and stays there? Is the Product Manager still responsive? Can the download be paused and resumed (even if it goes back to zero speed)?

    A sample of the Toontrack Product Manager process might show me something, so when the download is “hung,” please open Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor, select the Toontrack Product Manager process there, choose to sample the process and save it to a file which you then attach here.
