I recently purchased the Black Metal Expansion pack for my Ez drummer program. I have a relatively new Imac and i am experiencing a really difficult time trying to download and use the expansion pack. Here is my issue:
I have downloaded the expansion pack from my toontrack account.
When I click to install it tells me that the product manager needs to be updated to handle 64 Bit?
It than doesnt go any further than that.
I watched a video that told me to right click on the install button, but when i do it just gives me the same message. The message says this:
If you get an alert about a 32-bit app
You will see one of these alerts when attempting to open a 32-bit app:
[app name] needs to be updated.
The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information.
Please let me know how to get around this, I was hoping to be using this expansion pack asap but now it is becoming more of a burden…
