Which EZ Drummer 2 Expansion is best for more…

Hi there! I’m a rookie posting here but I’ve owned EZ Drummer 2 for a while now. I am just curious….which expansion pack might be best suited for me. I am mostly interested in rock sounding drums of the 80’s, 90’s and today. I am looking to expand on what comes stock with EZ Drummer 2. Is there an expansion that includes more fills and variations? I am considering the Bob Rock pack or the Randy Staub one…any recommendations?

If you want more beats, you can just buy midi packs for much less money. They’re pretty descriptive with demos on their respective product pages. Calling these Midi Packs is the best way to reference what you’re looking for.

If you want Sounds and beats, Rock Solid may be good for your description. These are called “EZX’s”.

I didn’t realize we could preview each MIDI pack in the actual plugin window…that’s a great feature. I ended up buying the Rock Solid one. Thank you for the recommendation! It’s perfect for what I was looking for.
