Can we please have a standard 4-string rock bass? The vast majority of vintage rock music is on a 4-string bass. While I appreciate the option of 5-string bass (they were, by far, the exception in the vintage rock era.) The absence of a standard 4-string for this genre is an absolute head-scratcher. And 4 strings ought to be easier to program, right? There’s not even the possibility of a work-around to approximate a 4 string because we can’t control what string plays what note.
Who’s running the “true to the vintage vibe” department? 🙂
SD3, EZD, EZ Keys 1&2, EZ Bass. Win10, i9/9900, all SSDs, 64g RAM, Cakewalk, Studio One
I agree. The lack of the ability to “force string” and/or set a “hand position” is a real oversight for this plugin.
I hope they add these very important features soon.
Cubase Pro, Korg Kronos, M-50, Hammond XK-1c, Toontrack SD3, EZBass w/lots of expansions, many VSL Vi's, Shreddage 3 everything, and shit-tons of FX plugins.
Totally agree. not having access to a four string bass in EZBass is just ridiculous. Certainly has deterred me from using it as much as I had hoped.
And another one – damn I must log into the forum more often – Toontrak can we add a Spam filter for the posts as well?
