When I hook up my Roland td-1dmk as a midi controller with ez drummer the tone sounds completely different than when I use the mouse to click the kit manually . It looses a lot of attack and sounds much worse. Also the double bass, snare , and toms vibrate the crashes and record toms of unwanted midi notes . It doesn’t do this with the module . Anything helps , thank you

When you click on an instrument in EZD2 it sounds off at 100% velocity. When you strike your Roland pads, it comes out at which ever velocity you physically hit. If that doesn’t work for you, adjust the sensitivity in the Roland Head Unit, EZD2 can not control this for you.
“Unwanted midi notes:
Look up Crosstalk in the Roland Head’s unit’s manual. There are no settings in EZD2 that can help you, only setting in your midi controller can fix these issues.
