    Hi,

    I am sorry to hear you are having problems but have you opened a Support Ticket?
    Or are you referring to your post in the other thread yesterday?

    If everything works as expected now, I guess all is well but I would not recommend other users to “Delete all Toontrack files from every folder in every place on MAC”.

    Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Yes now is working properly.
    if mean about deleting all Files of EZ2drummer i always prefer to clean up PC or Mac before reinstalation it avoid before any other issues with left existing Files and if you made lot of changes in software i am 100% sure that you stary in płace where you never know what help what not .
