Product Manager does not reinstall EZ drummer 2

  I have had some issues which lead me to uninstall EZ drummer 2, and tried to reinstall it on the same machine again. I was following the process of 1. Download, 2. Install etc but after Install, the Download Status goes Deleted, and Installation Status goes back to Not installed. So I’m going between downloading and installing.

  Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
