How to open value boxes for bleed and close mics

  How do I open the value boxes for the horizontal bleed and close mic sliders to the right of the mixer view? It takes so long to be aiming a single pixel more to the left or right, it drives me crazy, not to mention how often it keeps skipping the value I’m aiming for. I always just click or double click on a knob or value and enter the new value with the keyboard, that’s so much faster, but I cant find how to do this with these sliders.
