UPDATE: somehow i had to install the 32bit version (which i am not using) to get the pack to install?

Just re-running the latest 64-bit installer would probably have fixed it too. (You were missing a registry entry that the installers write.)

I’m having a similar problem. I could not install the Mastering expansion pack for EZMix2 on a new computer. It told me the installer needs to be updated. So I just bought Mastering II and downloaded it, but it does the same thing. I have EZMix2 2.2.1 and I’m running MacOS Big Sur.

To make matters worse, after purchasing Mastering II, it wasn’t showing up in my Product Manager, so I logged out, thinking it would refresh if I logged back in. Now it won’t let me log back in. Keeps telling me I have entered an invalid username or password. I went into my account on the website and changed my password, then tried logging into Product Manager with my new password. Still says it’s wrong. How frustrating!

UPDATE: I discovered that I was running an older version of Product Manager and after installing the current version, everything worked. I was able to install and authorize all of my products. Funny that PM doesn’t notify you that there’s an updated version! Anyway, it’s all good now.

PM always gets updated to the latest version when it starts. So there was probably some other reason for the issues.

I had an update on EZ mix2 with using Windows 10 but my mastering and EZmix 2 effects vanished and only my expansion packs guitar god 1 & 2 amp tracks only remain. I can’t get back my EZmix2 effects back?
