  Hi folks,

  I’ve been reading quite a bit about how to do this, but so far what I’ve tried didn’t work…
  So I’d love for someone to take the time and give me a step-by-step description of how to do this, please!

  I know that I need to save from SD2 as a combined preset, but in SD3, these never show up anywhere.
