EZ Mix does not show up in Studio One 5

  EZ Mix does not show up under effects in Studio One 5.  I have EZ Keys EZ Drums EZ Bass. they all show up under instruments and work just fine. I uninstalled EZ Mix and reinstalled it. I cleared the Blacklist in Studio One. and I set the search to go to  C/Program Files/ VstPlugins/ Toontrack. And restarted Studio One 5. I can see it scan, and it sees EZ Mix in the scan, along with my other Toontrack VST’s. But it does not show up in the list.  Im running Windows 10 Pro. and Studio One 5 .1.  Any help would be appreciated.
