I purchase this and hook up my e-drum, Mac detects DTX-Pros as a midi device so I use that and configure everything. The default preset on my module is the one I use and I choose yamaha as the kit. Seems everything is ok, no errors and I get it triggered. The BIG problem is, a slight hit on one of the pads triggers 3 other pads and no matter how I adjust the crosstalk it is not helping. Unlike every video I see seems to be fine. Now on the midi note on my module says 47 for tom2, I also select that on the SD3, it triggers fine but the same other pads gets triggered like muted sound. On the module, I know there is no crosstalk because I monitor my velocity and crosstalk and it has none. I can never make this software work and I sent email to support and no response yet So if no one help me from their support I think I going to get my money refunded via a dispute. I am not new to note mapping on a PC/Mac to my edrum. I am sure the multi-triggering is not coming from my module because even if I unplug the other pads it still gets triggered in the software. On the SD3 there are like 116 pre configured notes there and I want to wipe them all out so I can just map what I need and I cant seems to find that as an option.
