Cannot get SD3 Stand-alone to go through external headphones

  Hello everyone…This is strange and I am not sure if this is an SD3 issue or a MacBook Pro issue. My problem is that I, for the life of me,  cannot get the STAND-ALONE version to come through my external headphones. There is absolutely no issue when I use SD3 in Logic Pro. It’s the same with EZKeys as well. I have everything set within the MacBook to external headphones and it always comes out through the speakers. I’ve tried making aggregate devices. Nothing works. This should be really simple, but apparently it is not. My MacBook Pro is not even 2 years old and quite a beast, so this should not be an issue. Anyone have some idea as to what the issue may be? Thanks in advance for the assistance…
