Rock solid sd3 with e drums, hi hats stay open and foot pedal splashes, I tried the foot pedal calibration and didnt work but when I play a groove with rock solid hats they work and when I import hats from other drum packs they work, so when physically playing e drums hats stay open, would appreciate some more help please and thanks, kevin

Hi,

if you HH stays open, CC data is being sent to SD3. Have you started with selecting the appropriate Preset on the MIDI In/E-drums page?

Is there any other controller connected to the computer that may be sending CC1 or CC4? I have seen cases where a faulty mod wheel sent data even when not used, just connected.

I can play hi hats from any of my other expansions no prob, except for the solid rock, for now I’ve imported hats from other expansion kits and the hats work . it’s a weird glitch I wonder if reinstalling is worth a try ? hats are vh11 roland td9
