The thing worked fine…until today. When I open up ezdrummer2, the only kit that works id the basic (modern) that came with it. As soon as I try any other…..it states….The XXXXXX sound library is not working correctly, please install the latest update. That are ALL updated and state “Ready to Use” with the green checkmark in Product Manager. What gives? It is really bugging me and their “support” contact is a P.O.S. as it keeps saying I am not human. Thanks…..HELLLLLLP………..

JUST DID…THEN I GET THE FOLLOWING:
The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information.I’m on Catalina. and it worked fine two days ago. I HATE there is no one to contact…never again

EZdrummer version: 2.2.0
Operating system: macOS Catalina (10.15)
I’m sorry you’re having trouble. Looking at your log, it looks like you used the website download of the FunkMasters EZX. Please use the Product Manager application to run the installers from.
It also shows 3 support tickets open so your Webform support requests seem to be going through to support.

SCOTT!
I did, in fact, use the Product Manager “download”. The file is TT121_EZX_Funkmasters_MAC_153.dmg
When I go to install, BOTH the “Install” and “Uninstall” icons have a circle with a line through it. Then when I click THAT, I get
“INSTALLER NEEDS TO BE UPDATED”
The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information.
Again, it worked fine until yesterday. NOTE* I did run an app (Combo Cleaner) that supposedly “cleaned up unused or duplicate files”. Perhaps that deleted something I now need back? (I tried thru Combo Cleaner to no avail)
So……what is the next thing to do?
Thank you
Jerry P.
