2.2.0 x64 update fail.

    Try disabling any anti-virus software to see if that helps.

    Disabled Windows antivirus, still the same result.

    Well I managed to do the update but I’m not at all sure how I did it.

    After much searching (and swearing), altering the registry, running the cmd prompt, installing and re-installing both, 32 bit and 64 bit, I ran the ‘Repair’ option with the 64 bit installer then ran the update and voila, it worked. I then uninstalled the 32 bit version.

    What a ‘bloody’ mess…
