Hello Ezdrummers.
Maybe this problem was discussed earlier somewhere in this forum, but I did not find any seach function, so I created this topic here. Hoping it’s o.k.
The midi mapping for Tambourine and Shaker is by default set to D#-2 (D#minus 2) and D-2 in Ezdrummer. Midi note number is 3 and 2. If I play this two instruments there is a lag while putting out the tone. It is a clearly noticeable latency, nearly half a second. Only for this 2 notes, no matter what EZX is loaded. And the velocity is not translated the right way, too.
First I suspected there is a problem with Studio One. I had to trigger the notes with a -24 transpose because my keyboard can’t go that deep, but the same problem occurred also with Reaper. Even drawing the notes by hand in the DAW’s midi editor had the same result.
Does someone else have similar problems, or do I something wrong maybe? Thanks a lot.
