Hi Toontrack,

I have bought EZDrummer2 and installed it, but it doesn’t receive the MIDI from my keyboard and it doesn’t show in my folder of plugins for Abelton Live 10. What can be the problem of this?

EZdrummer version: 2.0.2
Operating system: Windows 10

Firstly, update EZD2 in Toontrack’s Product Manager.

I do not use Ableton, so I can’t advise directly.

Is the Ableton Preferences Plug-In path pointing to the EZDrummer2 plug in path? In EZD2, go to Help menu to see the path.

If you strike out here, consider the Ableton Forums. It’s hard for me to tell if this is user error, toontrack bug, or on the Ableton side.

I assume you’re using your midi keyboard through Ableton, and not in EZD2 standalone? If so, the fix is within Ableton.
