Hihat CC data not being recorded on multiple blocks

  I’m recording using a TD-9 Roland drum kit (using TD-9 preset) and I’m having an issue with the Hihat CC4 data when recording new ‘blocks’ in the same track.  The hihat seems to be working as expected when I play and I can see that the controller is setup correctly.

  As you can see in the screenshot, the first block has the correct CC data when open and closing the hihat but any later recording that I try to do, results with having no curve. The second block should also have a curve but it doesn’t show and when I play it, it just sounds like an open hihat all the way.

  The weird thing is that it always works on the first block but if I record anywhere else than the ‘one’ then I have issues.

  Am I doing something wrong or is it some sort of bug?
