Hi everyone.
I am looking for a good place to learn EVERYTHING about how to use all the functions of superior drummer.
I saw that there is a lot of videos on the web, but I cannot figure out which ones are giving all the knowledge that I have to know.
Also, I thought about someplace that explains all you need to know about drums, like:
The history of drums, kind of drums, mixing drums techniques.
so I will be able, as a non-drummer producer to know how to fit the right drums on any kind of my productions.
I will be happy to know if you have any recommendations about where to learn those stuff from.
Got your piece of string ready nimrod? I’m sure there are some drummers who can help out but as a musician with no percussion knowledge if it sounds good it is good, if it sounds right it is right. Let your ear guide you rather than YouTube or a pdf.
When it comes to mixing drums the consensus seems to be Eddie Kramer’s Legacy of Rock is one of the best recorded and mixed drum libraries we’ve all heard – good place to start
Groove3.com has a few courses on Superior Drummer 3. Im in the middle of 1 now, picking up lots of info
