Hi! I use Superior Drummer 3 with a Roland TD1KV
Everything works fine if I use the ‘default’.
However if I use the Roland TD1 preset, the hihat doesn’t fully close when I hit the hi hat pedal, and it plays slightly open articulations when I hit my hi hat drum. However, if I just press the hi hat I can hear the cymbal going up and down, I just can’t seem to play a ‘closed hi hat’ articulation.
Wonder if there is something wrong with the preset? I’m fine using ‘default’ but I would love to be able to remap my drums without the hi hat breaking
For extra information, I’m actually using Superior Drummer version 3.2, and the articulation “Open 1” plays when I hold the hi hat pedal closed
Have you tried adjusting the hi hat settings in SD3 then saving your own preset? There are plenty of options in the edrum settings for adjusting the hi hat
