Hi there,
Greetings. I have just purchased Ezkyes and I am trying to do a chord progression in Eb minor Scale. But unfortunately I don’t find Eb minor scale in the drop down selector. I just see an option there like ‘Cm/Eb’ only. I am so frustrated that I am restricted to choose the desired key which nullify the whole purpose of buying this program. I thought Ezkeys was a better product than Captain Chords in terms of doing chord progressions.
Is there a way out please.
Thanks in advance,
Salimt
Use the enharmonic equivalent D# Minor for Aeolian Scale. D# and Eb same thing. But you knew that? At the same time this may not be exactly what you wanted to do. Here is the issue – EZKeys is an old program (Still version 1) versus CapChords which has a lot of more mature features. So you have to settle for workarounds.
I knew it. But the funniest part is that When we play D# minor triad, Ezkeys shows it as Eb minor. But they didn’t care about adding Eb minor key to the list of keys; looks very strange. That too for this price.
Thanks for your response

If you know that D# is the same as Eb and when you play a D# triad EZKeys tells you it’s also Eb what on earth are you worried about?
