Hello Toontrack, and other customers.
I love EZBass it is a fantastic piece of software. However, there is a big hurdle I keep running into. The Zoom function in the grid/piano roll.
I DO NOT like having to use the zoom sliders constantly, and they only zoom in so far… (I have to then click on the zoom arrows multiple times to zoom into the level that I need sometimes, and then I can’t scroll the grid as any time you click on the zoom slider it zooms it back out several degrees) This to me is a workflow encumbrance.
I think simply having some keyboard shortcuts would alleviate this issue. If there are already shortcuts then they are not readily accessible. I checked the support file, and looked through each support forum threads. I even hover the mouse over the sliders, and clickable arrows, but no shortcuts show up in the tooltip.
I would really like the ability to use the middle mouse wheel (button – click and hold)in the grid/piano roll of EZBass and drag the mouse left & right to scroll the piano roll/grid of EZBass at the current selected zoom level. This mixed with zoom level keyboard shortcuts could really help improve workflow. I will add this last paragraph to the EZBass requests forum as well.
