Ezdrummer Transport Not Showing in Window

Hopefully an easily fixed problem… and I’m probably staring right at it… 🙂

I’m using EZdrummer 2 in Pro Tools 2020.5.0 and I can’t see the transport (Loop, play, record, Sign, tempo etc.) at the bottom of the song creator window?

It all works ok. Just not seeing that transport at the bottom.

If I load EZdrummer 2 standalone it’s there no problem.

Is this a plugin or menu issue?

Update EZ Drummer 2 with Toontrack’s Product Manager and come back and tell us if you’re still having an issue. I’m on 2.1.8 PC/Win10 with no issues. You are way outdated, sir.

Also is your screen resolution any bigger than your screen cap? It could be just cropped off your screen. EZD2, at least at this point in time, is not scale-able. If updating does not fix your issue, try adjusting to a higher screen resolution, at least temporarily, to see if that’s your issue.

Thank you for the reply. I think I typed the wrong version there as I just purchased it. So on the latest.

The issue was indeed a resolution problem. Not with the resolution itself. But Windows 10 display settings had apps set to 150%.

All sorted now. Thank you.

I found hiding the taskbar solves this issue. At least you have access to the shuttle controls!
