I’m an e-drummer, and I would like to have Cymbal 5 appear in the left of my stereo field. So I re-route its microphone, by creating a new X-Overhead for it and panning it. So far so good. But I also want to have full bleed enabled, because it just sounds so much better. Do I really have to to create X-microphones for all the other drums, pan those, and then re-route Cymbal 5 to those as well? That’s what I just did and it sounds good, but that’s a lot of work to move a single instrument. Is there an easier way?
