MIDI is MIDI, so there is no reason to answer with anything other than yes but I don’t know what you are trying to do.
If you use EZdrummer as a plug-in in a host, setting the host’s tempo will make EZdrummer follow.
If you use EZdrummer in Toontrack solo, you can change the tempo in Toontrack solo if you wish to play back grooves in the Grooves Browser in different tempos.
