I own EZDrummer2, EZKeys and now EZBass. Each one has a different interface, and different ways of doing basic editing (like copy/paste/undo), which is quite annoying. Is there a plan, Toontracks, to standardize these interfaces? So far I like the new EZBass interface the best. Much more intuitive than the others, and it has a nice menu system built into it.
Yes, we want all of our products to function as similar as possible. The problem is that some software is many years old, and some are brand new, and there will always be differences. We will try to smooth them out when possible.
One problem is that Superior Drummer 3 and EZbass is based on the same (new) platform, but our older programs (such as EZdrummer 2) has an older platform, which doesn’t allow us to do all the things we can now. Keyboard shortcuts, and resizing of windows, is some of the things we can use now, but hasn’t been possible before…
