Could you try zipping the dmp file, please? It didn’t get uploaded.

In the standalone, go to Settings > General and click “Reset Scale and Size”. See if that fixes the Cubase issue.

Hi, no it didn’t fixed the issue in Cubase. I Closed cubase, relanched the Standalone and it didn’t crashed this time (i reinstalled the complete library since 3 times).

here is the last dump file again (it’s certainly not the same one as when the standalone was crashing) ! thanks for the help !

It looks like a crash several others have had, which happens if the window was very large the last session (in the same host or standalone).

Please open Command Prompt and paste this command (and press Enter):

    reg query HKCU\SOFTWARE\Toontrack\EZbass /v *e_*

    What does it say?

Then, you can run this command to hopefully make the standalone not crash when you open it:

    reg delete HKCU\SOFTWARE\Toontrack\EZbass /v Size_Standalone /f

Hello, my monitor is a 17″ CRT, i’m running it at 1152×864 75hz with a Dpi windows scale at 100%, not really what i call a very large session lol.

here is the result of the first reg query :

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Toontrack\EZbass
    Size_StandAlone REG_SZ 1150,794

I own Superior drummer 3, it’s running fine.

edit : bad news, i just run the 2nd reg query, and now Ez bass standalone crash again lol 🙁 … what a nightmare..

Ah, your screen is about as wide as the minimum width of EZbass. Let’s see if it helps to use a 90% scale for EZbass, with these commands:

    reg add HKCU\SOFTWARE\Toontrack\EZbass /v Scale_StandAlone /d "0.9" /f

    reg add HKCU\SOFTWARE\Toontrack\EZbass /v Size_StandAlone /d "1150,735" /f

    reg add HKCU\SOFTWARE\Toontrack\EZbass /v Scale_Cubase /d "0.9" /f

    reg add HKCU\SOFTWARE\Toontrack\EZbass /v Size_Cubase /d "1150,735" /f
