Yes, please. Now when EZbass has been released, please update the EZkeys GUI to be scalable.

I have Superior Drummer 3 with a bunch of SDX/EZX and MIDI expansions. Superior Drummer 3 is scalable.

I just purchased EZbass, and will probably buy many of the upcoming expansions as well, bot sounds and MIDI. EZbass is scalable.

I have EZkeys, which is a lovely product, and a handful sound expansions for it, as well as plenty of MIDI expansions. EZkeys is not scalable, why? On a 1080p screen, I guess it’s OK, but have you guys yourselves tested EZkeys on a 4k screen?

EZkeys has a gen 1 interface like EZD2 and EZmix2.

S3 and EZbass are next gen interfaces. I’m sure EZkeys will be updated at some point.

Hi,

I just bought EZKeys and I have a 4K monitor, I was surprised that the window was fixed in size. It only cover 1/6th of my screen. Since its a very nice product, it would be very helpful if you could make it scalable in the very near future. Thanks in advance!

Can the Toontrack folks give us any clue as to when the viewable window will be made scalable like EZ Drummer??

Welcome to the party! Just a heads up to everyone to avoid future frustration with the 1980’s era locked GUI: Don’t hold your breath. This has been requested again and again and again for a long time. The “stay-tuned or tooned” answer from the moderators has become kind of an inside joke.

SD3, EZD, EZ Keys 1&2, EZ Bass. Win10, i9/9900, all SSDs, 64g RAM, Cakewalk, Studio One

Hey, there’s no problem in asking when or will they update EZKeys. Just be prepared to ask yourself, “how old am I now”?

The moderators will tell you that at some point they will update EZKeys…and it’s also true that at some point the sun will use up all of it’s Hydrogen and become a dwarf star.

I also wish for a rescalable GUI.

Glad to see Toontrack indicating that there will indeed likely be an update at some point.

They have been indicating this for years, and I’m not even sure those who have been indicating this lately are Toontrack employees, only moderators of this forum. But of course they att some point will be releasing a new version, as they did with Superior Drummer 3, but there will obviously be an upgrade price.

Right now they are busy milking customers on money with their expansions (instrument and MIDI)

Hi Scott,

I’ve got EZKeys and some added bits and am happy with the product except I can’t see below the working track – I lost about a quarter of the circle and have no access to the knobs at the bottom of the screen that’s shown in the manual.

I’m working on a smallish laptop with no option for a second screen and have very limited computer skills. A dropdown box below asks which version and doesn’t seem to show the one I bought 2 weeks ago which is this:

Standalone host version 1.3.3 (build 31967)

Are you running EZkeys in standalone or as a plugin in a DAW? What screen resolution are you running? Can you post a screenshot of the problem?
