Hi Simone …. So first you downloaded “Toontrack Product Manager ” right ? How long did that take ? …. What browser are you using to download ? Try using “Google Chrome” …. I’m not a Mac user but …. Make sure your … Internet Security allows “Toontrack products.. and try it again !!! … If problems still persist ….come back and let me know !!! … I had this problem a few years ago …. It’s an Internet safety issue that we have to address !!! Have you tried pausing the download and restarting it?
