    Did you download each SD3 library with the Toontrack Product Manager and then run the install for each download?


    Superior Drummer 3 version: 3.1.5
    Operating system: macOS Catalina (10.15)

    Mac Studio M1 Ultra, RAM 64 GB, 1TB Drive, OSX 12.x/13.x and Windows 10 (VM)
    DAW: Fender Studio Pro 8, Presonus Studio One Pro 7
    DTX Express III (Extreme triggers), Nektar LX88
    OWC Thunderbay Mini (4 X 1TB Sata SSD), Express 4M2 (4 X 2TB M.2 SSD), Envoy Express (1TB M.2 SSD)

    Thanks for the response. I did download all the external parts. 1-5. I have the program up and running totally fine with no issues but its using the EZD2 sounds. Whenever I attempt to load the downloaded files from my external hard drive I keep getting an error message. Ill attach an image of the error message. Screen-Shot-2020-01-12-at-1.26.57-PM. also, I don’t have enough storage on my laptop. Am I able to download and install to the hard drive?

    So this is where im attempting to download the files to. My external hard drive (HDD) But it keeps saying error. Does that mean its an issue with my hard drive. Its a 1TB WD ultra Passport.

    Try creating a folder on HDD and install the sound libraries in that folder. Then startup SD3.

    Right now SD3 is looking in /Library/Application Support/Toontrack/Superior Drummer3

    That’s the default but there’s nothing there because the install has not been completed.

    I got it figured out!!! I have no idea exactly what I did but it works perfect. Thanks for your help!
