I have tried both guitar center and your support and they cannot help me to understand why my order placed on the 21st of December has not authorized yet.
The GC website says it should take hours for me to receive an activation email but it has been weeks and still nothing.
Please PM if you can help me and I will provide the order number.
If you placed your order with Guitar Center, you will need to ask them for your serial number for your purchased product. You can then register it to your account via the Toontrack Product Manager.
If you purchased on the Toontrack webshop, I can’t find an order under your forum email address.

None of our software ships at all. They are all download only. GC as the seller is responsible for providing serial numbers when selling our products.
