I registered on December 22 yesterday, but the screen to select the premium does not appear.
I registered from Toontrack Product Manager.
The shop where I purchased the item is Thomanus.

What do you mean “the screen to select the premium does not appear”?
Does the Toontrack Product Manager show and updates available? Have you installed through the Product Manager?

Let me explain it again.
I purchased EZkeys Dream Machine, EZ Drummer2, and EZkeys Classic Electricity from a shop called Thomanus. It was written that you can get bonus items because all of them are campaign items. I registered 3 items on December 22, but I haven’t received any bonus items. I think I have the right to receive the bonus item, so please solve this problem. Thank you in advance. All products have been installed and authorized by the manager.
I don’t know what sales that shop is running or ran so I would suggest contacting where you purchased. Or, provide a link to the sale and I can see you are referring to.

If you’ve submitted an official support ticket, I’d wait for them to get back to you. There isn’t any other advice I can give.
