I had a similar problem, and hopefully this will work for you, as it did for me: turn off any firewalls, or your anti-virus software. I was going nuts until someone on these boards suggested that to me, and boom, I was able to fully download.

Are you talking about browsing the midi files available….then purchasing and download?

I want to be able to browse the Toontrack midi collection. To see what they have!

    thanks

Sorry, I was talking strictly about downloading, but not browsing.

But my original answer still may be the solution. I have a paid for AV program, with all kinds of protections against malware etc. I noticed certain sites wouldn’t load, and I had to turn off my AV software. Sometimes, simply clicking “off” really doesn’t turn the AV program totally off. Disable adblockers too (though you normally get a popup message).

To completely turn off your AV program, Hold ctrl+alt+ del, then click Task Manager. Find your AV program, left click to highlight it, then right-click, then left click “end task.”

Or, try another browser? I use Chrome, with few problems.
