    The MIDI pack is MIDI only. No sounds at all. Whatever EZkeys sound library you have loaded is the sounds that will play.

    Operating system: Windows 10

    Yes, you will need to either buy a string unit from toontrack OR use any string pad VSTI that you may have lying around…

    To use another VSTI:

    1. Load Ezkeys and find string midi groove
    2. go to MENU on the right and select ENABLE MIDI OUT
    3.  load your own string VSTI
    4. Turn down Ezkeys volume knob so you only hear your VSTI

    Hi

    Thank you both for helping me understand.  When I bought Keys & Strings it was a bit unclear where the string sound would come from.  I get it now.
