    Could be a proxie issue.

Open Preferences in Product Manager, click “Change Settings…” (for proxies), untick the checkboxes for all protocols and click OK.

First time for… checking for updates times out every time inside of Toontrack product Manager.

Can’t download the drum EZx I just paid for. I haven’t changed a thing. Restarted. No luck, nothing to untick in proxies.

12+ purchases, never experienced not getting the content I paid for before. Another restart, no luck.

Same here, it’s been down all day for me. I thought it was my PC, because it had a windows update Friday morning. I’ve reinstalled multiple times, changed locations to download, nothing works. Appears to be a TT server issue as API gets a gateway kickout also. Been pounding my head against a wall for hours only to find out it isn’t on my end.

Oh well, I’m sure they will have it fixed soon.

It looks like they fixed it. I just tried it again, it uploaded and installed an update and now it’s working again. I knew they wouldn’t take too long. Their support is fantastic.

Thanks Toontrack for all you do.
