Im new, and somewhat computer illiterate but the FAQ about what and where is my computer ID doesn’t actually tell me where to locate that so I can authorize my computer officially and finish downloading my new purchase of Superior Drummer 3. So Ive downloaded what I think is a product manager file that shows installer and read and what not but I cannot locate anything that says computer ID in that. Any Information would help me greatly.

Downloading, installing, and authorizing should be handled through the Toontrack Product Manager application. No need for a computer id when using the Product Manager.
There is a walkthrough video on the Product Manager page that shows the exact procedure for installing and authorizing your Toontrack products.
