SD3 doesn't start: "No resources seem to have been installed!"

  Hello, When I’m trying to start SD3 (stand alone or from Host) I get the message “No resources seem to have been installed!” though the Product Manager says that everything is “Ready to use” (see attached screenshots). Thanks for any help! Herbert
