And of course I now have 611 Gb of SD3 and SDXs to reinstall!
I still have the actual sound libraries installed on an E:\ drive, but can`t see any way to retrieve them from there rather than having to re-download the whole lot again.
Anyone have any ideas?
Just set the path to them, either in SD3 Settings or in Product Manager (SD3 Sound Library Part 1 > Show Details > Installation Info).

Any way I could do the same with all my EZD2 EZXs as well?
If you have all your EZXs installed on an external drive you can use them instead of reinstalling all over again.
If you’ve installed EZD2 already;
Once you have verified everything is working properly you should be able to remove; C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer_ORIG
Mac Studio M1 Max, RAM 64 GB, 1TB Drive, OSX 12.x/13.x and Windows 10 (VM)
DAW: Studio One Pro (always up to date)
DTX Express III (Extreme triggers), Nektar LX88
OWC Thunderbay Mini (4 X 1TB Sata SSD), Express 4M2 (4 X 2TB M.2 SSD), Envoy Express (1TB M.2 SSD)
Presonus Quantum, Faderport & Faderport 8
Black Lion Sparrow Mk2 A/D, FMR-RNP-RNC, MIDI Xpress 128, BM5A, KRK VXT4, Equator D5
2020 Macbook Pro 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD Audio(mobile rig)
In SD3 Settings, you can set the path your EZDrummer folder that contains EZXs and MIDI. It’s at the bottom of the page and is called “Additional Libraries.”
