Snare bottom won’t send to its own output

  I’m trying to send the snare bottom to outputs five and six by itself. It has a signal in its channel. It shows a signal in the output channel. But when I solo either one there’s no sound. I’ve tried multiple drum kits. I’m not running any effects. I’m simply trying to get the snare bottom to its own outfit channel so I could bounce it down as it’s own track.  Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Tim
