EDIT — Never mind. I restarted my computer and now everything is there.
Hello. I just purchased “Rock Drums Midi 6 Pack”. None of the MIDI is showing up in Product Manager. When I cut and paste the serial numbers on the “register new products” tab, I get a message stating “Product Already Registered. The serial number for XXXXX is already registered to your account”. This happens for each of the 6 modules in the bundle.
I cannot see the new MIDI packs as one of my registered products, nor do I see an option to download the new MIDI. I also cannot see the new MIDI in EZD2.
Does anybody have any suggestions?
