Hi. I can’t install EZKeys on my Windows computer. I only get error 1310. Same on an external hard drive. I have
deleted all ezKeys files on my computer.
Are you installing via the Toontrack Product Manager? Are you logged in as Administrator?

That path does not look good. It shouldn’t say “C:\Program” but possibly “C:\Program Files” instead, if that’s where you have/want the EZkeys libraries (sounds). In Explorer you see “Program” but that’s just a Swedish display localization of “Program Files”.
Do you get the option to select a path for the sounds in the installer? If not, you can run this command in Command Prompt, then start the installer and select a path:
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Toontrack\EZkeys /v SoundPath /f
(Carefully copy/paste the entire line to a Command Prompt window and press Enter.)
