Custom & Vintage: Crashes only 2 articulations?

  I just installed Custom & Vintage with SD3.  I know all about enabling articulations vs. default. With the C&V samples, the ride cymbals have all articulations available.  However, the crashes only have crash and mute available.  There is nothing else to enable.  This can’t be the case as the cymbals are useless with only these two options….crazy.  I must be doing something wrong.  Any advice? See the attached screenshot.
