When I adjust the ‘randomize’ slider to some value other than the default, then bounce my drums to an audio file, the slider automatically returns to its default position. What gives?
To make matters more confusing, it seems (not totally sure on this just yet) that if I continue to use the slider (say, to adjust it back to my initial setting), the effects of the randomization are compounded (i.e. first adjustment is still in effect even though slider has returned to default position, and now the second adjustment is ADDED to that, making the effect more pronounced).
For example, if I set slider to “20” then bounce, it goes back to 0. If I then set it back to 20, it seems the random effect is more pronounced, as if it has added my new “20” to the first “20” producing a randomize impact of 40. Is this just how it works or is this a bug?
I am not afraid of touching the randomize slider at all – any help / additional information on how this feature works is highly appreciated!
Thanks 🙂
