Hi there,
just changed my hardware and wanted to authorize EZPlayer to work with my new machine (Windows 10, 64 bit). But without effect:
Product Manager tells me EZPlayer ist authorized and ready to use but in Cubase 10 I always get the window that tells me to authorize via toontrack.com/register. So I decided to re-install but then I get the error message: Source needed (CD or DVD). Seems the installer is looking for an msi-file that I haven’t got. Only got the installer.exe-file.
Can anybody help me please?
